870 Benign Cystic Mesothelioma- a Rare Intra-Abdominal Tumour

Abstract Introduction Benign cystic mesothelioma is a rare intra-abdominal tumour affects primarily women who are in reproductive. Since this pathology has occurrence, similar presentation, and imaging features, the diagnosis based on histologic findings there no current standard treatment for condition. Presentation of case In report, 40-year-old female patient presented Emergency Department with five-day history right-sided, migratory, abdominal pain. She was systemically well, her inflammatory markers were unremarkable. The investigated appendicitis, CT scan showing multi-loculated structure below liver. Her discussed Basingstoke Peritoneal Malignancy Institute felt may demonstrate benign peritoneal mesothelioma. As per their advice, thoughts local MDT team, underwent diagnostic laparoscopy, mass removed. then confirmed by histology. Discussion Based literature, asymptomatic form mesothelioma.Imaging able to provide suspicion type mesothelium, but only histological examination can definitive diagnosis. Additionally, review guidelines regarding management effective surgery, evidence-based strategies exist. Conclusions It critical publish more reports condition once it diagnosed order formulate advance towards possible solution.
